You don’t have to be in crisis to seek therapy. Sometimes, it’s simply about finding a quieter place to land.
My Specialties
Multicultural Identity & Bicultural Stress
I specialize in working with international students, immigrants, and Asian professionals navigating the complexities of living between cultures. This may include intergenerational expectations, cultural guilt, identity conflicts, or feeling “in between” without a clear sense of belonging. Therapy provides space to explore these experiences with cultural sensitivity, without needing to simplify your background.
High-Functioning, Yet Internally Unsettled
Many of my clients appear capable and put-together on the outside, yet feel inwardly tense, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. You may be thoughtful, sensitive, and introspective, but accustomed to carrying things on your own. I work with individuals who don’t necessarily fit neatly into diagnostic categories, but know something inside needs attention. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, listen inwardly, and regain clarity and vitality.
My Specialties
Existential Concerns, Meaning, and Life Transitions
I support clients facing major life transitions, identity shifts, or questions about purpose, direction, and authenticity. Drawing from existential analysis, we explore not only what is happening, but how you relate to your life, choices, and values. This work is especially helpful when symptoms are intertwined with questions of meaning, self-worth, and how to live in a way that feels true to you.
Emotional Dysregulation & Borderline Personality Disorder
I work with individuals who experience intense emotions, relational sensitivity, identity confusion, or rapid shifts in mood and self-image. My training includes working with Borderline Personality Disorder and related traits, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, self-worth, and building more stable and compassionate relationships with oneself and others. Therapy focuses on both safety and depth—helping you feel steadier while making sense of your emotional world.
